Jean Dubost is a French manufacturer founded in 1920 in Thiers. For over a century, this exceptional cutlery house has been making knives for professional chefs and the general public. The Jean Dubost cheese knife from the Sense series has an 11 cm stainless steel blade. Its black handle uses recycled materials from the French plastic waste collection, as part of the circular economy. With the Sense series, the Jean Dubost artisanal business has committed to donating 1% of its revenue to the GoodPlanet Foundation, created by Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
